What We Do

Our Mission

Since 1948, our story has been one of loss and rebuilding β€” of olive trees replanted, homes rebuilt, and families remembered.
What began as an act of survival has become a mission of renewal, carrying forward the dreams of those who once walked the same soil, planting where they once planted, and hoping where they once hoped.

The El-Farmawi Olive Relief Fund was born from remembrance β€” from the longing to honor a legacy rooted in both pain and perseverance. Our mission is to restore what was uprooted β€” to bring aid, rebuild lives, and replant the olive trees that stand as living witnesses of endurance and faith.

We work to provide families with the essentials they need β€” food, water, medicine, shelter β€” but also the strength to begin again.
Through education and community support, we nurture the next generation to grow with purpose, identity, and hope.

From the ashes of displacement, we plant seeds of renewal β€” seeds that grow into trees, homes, and futures. Each branch carries a story, each leaf a prayer, and each act of giving becomes a promise that what was lost will never be forgotten.

β€œWhat began as one family’s story of loss and return became a movement of renewal for thousands.” 🌱

At the El-Farmawi Olive Relief Fund (EFORF), we believe that true humanitarian work begins with listening. Every effort starts by understanding the real needs of families, local communities, and field coordinators β€” not assumptions. We approach each mission with empathy and respect, guided by the belief that aid should restore dignity, not just meet necessity.

Once needs are identified, our team coordinates closely with trusted local partners and suppliers to source quality materials. Every food package, water container, or medical kit is prepared with cultural and ethical consideration, ensuring that what we deliver is both meaningful and appropriate. Transparency is central to this process β€” each shipment is documented and verified to maintain accountability from preparation to delivery.

When we deliver aid, we do so with dignity. Our volunteers and field workers ensure that every family is treated with compassion, privacy, and fairness. There are no crowds, no chaos β€” only quiet acts of care and organized relief. Each delivery represents the collective effort of those who give and those who serve.

Beyond immediate relief, EFORF is deeply committed to sustainability. We work to rebuild homes, replant olive trees, and create long-term programs that restore livelihoods and strengthen communities. Our focus is not only on what is lost, but on what can still grow β€” hope, renewal, and the will to begin again.

Through collaboration, transparency, and compassion, we transform solidarity into tangible action. Every project, from emergency response to agricultural support, reflects our promise: to serve with integrity, preserve dignity, and plant the roots of hope where they were once uprooted.
